Abstract

What is salvation and why is it good news? Anyone who wants to evangelise today must be able to answer these questions with conviction and concreteness, showing its meaning in ordinary life. With this goal in mind, we will briefly describe the Christian notion of salvation, its universal necessity and its accessibility to experience. After this exploration, the message of salvation will be easily characterized as “good news”, recognizable in the most concrete aspects of human experience.
