The awareness of the relationship betwen baptism and charism in the theological reflection on movements, aggregations and new comunities is still in an initial state. From a perspective, which seeks not to dissociate the inclusive relationship betwen baptism, charism and mission, the article tries to make it more explicit, to deepen it and to show its significance for the life and mission that these realities carry out in the Church.
